Established in 1995 by renowned Spine Surgeon Robert C. Nucci, M.D., the Nucci Medical Clinic has gladly served the people of Tampa Bay for nearly 15 years. In that time our practice has grown with the community to encompass a 14,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical facility in Citrus Park, employing a staff of over twenty-five highly trained and accredited medical professionals. Essential to our growth and success has been a keen understanding of the need for innovation and new approaches to treatment balanced by the unique needs of the individual patient. It therefore goes without saying that that at the Nucci Medical Clinic our patients’ needs are our priority and we are dedicated to providing each patient with the best and most minimally invasive quality care available.
Specializing in the treatment of spine and general orthopedic injuries, Dr. Nucci and the staff of NMC are active participants in on-going research in the care of orthopedic injuries, contributing to the development of new techniques and technologies such as the use of artificial bone like Bio-Plex. At the forefront of technology, Dr. Nucci was the first physician to actively employ Bio-Plex in his surgeries a standard which is now widely employed by many surgeons in a wide range of orthopedic surgeries. A lauded member of the medical community, Dr. Nucci also lectures both nationally and internationally on the care of spine patients and the implementation of new techniques and technologies.
In our ongoing efforts to cater to the needs of all Orthopedic patients our medical practice is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Wendell J. Bulmer to our full-time medical staff. Dr. Bulmer is a Board Certified and accredited doctor of Osteopathy and an accomplished orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports injuries and the treatment of the extremities. One of only a handful of surgeons in the Tampa Bay area to offer hip arthroscopy Dr. Bulmer is not only a valuable asset to our practice but also the community as a whole. Uniquely dedicated to his craft and the treatment of his patients, Dr. Bulmer provides a level of care unrivaled in the surgical profession.
